Raw Vegan Ingredients

This list of raw vegan and gluten-free ingredients is just a small portion of what is available to us and what I use in my own raw vegan recipes.  I'm continuing to learn more about other raw ingredients, including *Superfoods.  I'm just providing a basic list here, in no particular order, of foods that we use and is not intended to be a list that you need to use.  Everybody's body is different and has their own specific diet requirements.

As time permits, I will soon be adding a brief description to many of the items listed.

*Superfoods:  Due to my cruddy immune system and not being able to eat a ton of food as most raw foodists require, I incorporate specific raw vegan Superfoods for their individual nutritional value, and to keep my immune system in check.  This works for me.  If you want or do not want to use Superfoods in your diet, that is completely up to you.  I do not have a right to say one way or the other and I hope for the same respect.  I do offer this opinion - if you decide to use Superfoods, make sure to research (my hubby taught me well) as there are indeed excellent Superfoods available to us, and don't settle for knock-off brands.
